Diane Stern, 70, of Dunkirk passed away Tues. Feb. 20, 2024 at home with her loving family by her side. Calling hours will be held on Thurs. Feb. 22, 2024 from 4-7 p.m. at McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home. A complete obituary will be published in tomorrow’s edition of the Observer.
