Husband of Florence Gugino Frost; father of Leslie (James) Wolcott, Jeffrey (Melissa) Frost and Lori (Charles, Jr.) Grisanti. Visitation Thursday, March 21, 4-7 p.m. in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville with funeral services Friday, March 22 at 11 a.m. A full obituary will be published March 18.
