Joseph Binko

Joseph Binko of Fredonia, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2024 unexpectedly, at UPMC Hamot Hospital.

Born January 7,1933 in Stockton, son of the late Stanley andAgnes (Nalepa) Binko.Joseph was a Veteran of US Army.

A retired employee of Al Tech Steel in Dunkirk as a welder.

Joseph was a long-time member of the Blessed Mary AngelaChurch of St. Hyacinth, Kosciuszko club, Moniuszko, First WardFalcons, and Dom Polski club. He enjoyed camping, hunting and traveling in his motor home.

Surviving is his wife of over 65 years Barbara L. (Bialaszewski)Binko, whom he married October 3, 1959, his brothers Walt(Beverly) Binko, John (late Veronica) Binko of Fredonia.Sisters Mary Wilkosz of Allison Park Pa. and Ann Till of Fredonia.

Preceded in addition to his parents are sisters Helen Szydlo,Victoria Latosinski, Veronica Nocek, Frances Wolanin, brothersFrank, Martin and Anthony Binko.

Relatives and friends may call Monday from 4pm to 7pm at R.Mackowiak Funeral Home Inc, 56 E Doughty St. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 AM at BlessedMary Angela Church of St. Hyacinth. Inurnment will be in St.Hedwig’s Cemetery.
