June M. Carpenter
CASSADAGA: June M. Carpenter, 78, of Ball Road, Cassadaga, passed away March 9, 2024 at her residence, following a short illness, surrounded by her family. She was born in Gowanda on June 15, 1945, the daughter of the late George and Josephine (Rice) Snyder.
Survivors include a daughter, Candace M. Glowniak, of Cassadaga; two sons Michael A. (LaVonne) Carpenter, of Brocton; John A. (Denise Lopez) Carpenter, of Sinclairville; and a brother, Larry Snyder, of South Dayton. Also surviving are four grandchildren Travis (Renee), Quintina (Jacob), Ida and Lexxi and a great granddaughter Naomi. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband David A. Carpenter who died August 8, 2020 a grandson Leonard Ecker and beloved wiener dog “Patches”.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024 from the Chapel at St. Joseph Cemetery, Fredonia at 10:30 am with Rev. Nettie Puleff, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, Fredonia, officiating.
