Robert E. Block, 91, of Dunkirk, passed away Monday evening, June 3, 2024 at ECMC in Buffalo with his loving family by his side. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend a Celebration of Life at the Dunkirk First United Methodist Church on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 9:30 am. Interment in private.
