Arthur J. Lepp

Arthur J. Lepp, 95, of Fredonia, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024 at Brooks Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Son of adoptive parents, George and Florence (Davis) Lepp and natural parents, Fred and Bernice (Matusewicz) Sheedy. A full obituary will be published in Saturday’s edition of the Observer.
