Barbara “Barbie” A. Sujdak

of Forestville, died Friday, August 9th, 2024 at UPMC Chautauqua Hospital, Jamestown.

She was born in Dunkirk on November 11, 1961, the daughter of the late Harry and Ellen (Prince) Sujdak.

Graveside Services will be held at Willowbrook Park Cemetery, Central Avenue, Dunkirk, Tuesday August 13th at 11 o’clock.

The family suggests memorials may be made to Heritage Village Rehab & Skilled Nursing Facility, in memory of Barbie, 4570 Route 60, Gerry, NY 14740.
