Cecelia M. Smith

She was born on February 14, 1960 the daughter of the late Arthur and Gertrude (nee Lincoln) Smith.

She is survived by her People Inc. family and her friends and staff from The Resource Center. She will truly be missed by all.

Cecelia attended Day Program at the Resource Center in Dunkirk, NY for many years. The center made a huge difference in her life, their help and support was priceless.

She enjoyed arts & crafts, doing all types of puzzles, coloring and board games. Most of all she loved collecting anything to do with “Green M&M’s. Cecelia loved going to Pizza Hut, shopping and Tim Horton’s. She especially enjoyed giving out compliments daily to her housemates and staff. She had a genuine heart.

Friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Ave., Silver Creek, NY on Wednesday, August 14, 2014 from 10- 11 AM, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 11 AM. Interment will be made in Evergreen Lawn Cemetery.
