Following a long illness, Jerome S. Thomas died on July 28, 2024, at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA. He was a resident of Jamestown, NY, but, formerly from Dunkirk, NY.
Calling hours will be on Sunday, August 4, 2024 at the FANTAUZZI FUNERAL HOME, 82 East Main Street, Fredonia, NY, from 4:00-7:00 PM.
