Thomas P. Tyszko and Loretta (Nalepa) Tyszko

Thomas was born in Dunkirk, NY on March 17, 1928 the son of Peter and Mary (Romanowski) Tyszko. Loretta was born in Dunkirk NY on June13, 1932 the daughter of Martin and Mary (Palka) Nalepa.

Thomas and Loretta were married at St. Hedwigs Church in Dunkirk on January 29, 1955.

Thomas was a proud World War II veteran and served in the U.S. Navy. He lived in California, and then Dunkirk NY where he was employed by Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corp for 39 years.

Loretta lived in Dunkirk, NY most of her life where she was a long-time employee for the State of New York.

Both Thomas and Loretta moved to Florida in 1993 where they were able to enjoy their retirement for many years and travel the country.

Devoted parents of Jean Bolling of Cleveland, OH, Steven (Dawn) Tyszko of Summerville, SC and Joseph Tyszko of St. Petersburg, FL. Grand- parents to Emily (Scott) Baczewski, Matthew (Ashley Gray) Tyszko, Rebecca Tyszko, Joelle (Nate Shockey) Tyszko, and Brooke Tyszko, and great grandchild Xavier. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his brothers Bernard, Felix and Alphonse Tyszko, and his sisters Victoria Bilicke and Harriet Buckreis.

Besides her parents, Loretta was preceded in death by brothers Frank, Joseph, Stanley, and Martin Nalepa, and her sisters Agnes Nalepa, Elizabeth Jusko, and Helen Nalepa.

A private service for Thomas and Loretta will be held at St. John The Beloved Catholic Church in Summerville, SC on Saturday, August 10th at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Beaufort National Military Cemetary in Beaufort, South Carolina.
