Linda Lee Kawski Scriven
WESTFIELD- Linda Lee Kawski Scriven, 75, of Westfield, and formerly of Brocton, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the Heritage Park Skilled Nursing andRehabilitation Center in Jamestown, NY.
She was born April 21, 1949, in Dunkirk, NY, the daughter of the late Edmund and Theresa Kozlowski Kawski.
She was a 1968 graduate of Brocton Central School and earned an associate degree from Jamestown Business College. She had worked as a realtor for Davies Reality, Century 21 in Mayville, and Coldwell Banker in Fredonia. In later years she worked as a cashier for Tops Friendly Markets in Westfield. Linda was a member of the Westfield Moose, and Westfield Janes.
She enjoyed crafting, tending to her plants in her garden, baking cakes for people, yard work, and was fondly known by her family for excessive vacuuming. Most of all, she enjoyed time with her family.
She is survived by her two sons, Brian (Leigh) Scriven of Westfield and Shaun Scriven of Lake Wylie, SC, three grandchildren, Isabella and Caylin Scriven and Kaleigh (Taylor) Irwin, two great-grandchildren, Josephine and Jackson Irwin and two brothers, Gary and Bruce Kawski.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Scriven.
At Linda’s request, there will be no public services observed. A private graveside service will be held in the Westfield Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
