Theresa F. Pietrkiewicz
Theresa F. Pietrkiewicz, 91, of St. Columban’s on the Lake, passed away peacefully, Sunday Sept. 29, 2024 at Buffalo Mercy Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Her Celebration of Life will be Saturday, Oct. 12, 2024, at 9:30 AM in the Chapel at St. Columban’s on the Lake.
Flowers are gratefully declined and Memorial’s in Theresa’s Memory can be made to St. Columban’s on the Lake, 2546 Lake Ave, Silver Creek, NY 14136.
