Rosa M. Cettell

She will always be remembered as a tenacious and outspoken woman who lived life on her own terms. Rosa was strong-willed with a giving and caring nature, a true friend to many she always held an open door to those she loved most. She led a simple life and those who knew her knew just how genuine and true to herself she was.

Rosa is survived by her mother Crecenia Rosas of Ripley, NY, a son: Samuel Cettell of Westfield, NY, a daughter: Evelyn Gonzalez of Dunkirk, NY; a long with seven grandchildren: Marcus, Jacklyn, Dominic, Kassidy Cettell, Jamari Baez and Emorett Breault and their expected sibling; three great-grandchildren: Oddysey Hunzinger, River and Braylynn Cettell.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Charles Cettell, Jr., a brother: Patrick Thompson, a son: Robert “Juni” Gonzalez and granddaughter: Jivae Baez.

A private service will be held, however friends and family are invited to honor Rosa’s memory in a celebration of life that will be announced at a later time. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers.
