Frederick G. Keller

1937-2025

Frederick G. Keller, 87, of Arkwright, died Tuesday, May 27, 2025 working hard at his residence. He was born in Cheektowaga on Aug. 19, 1937, the son of the late Frederick and Mary (Jasiczek) Keller.

Fred was a graduate of Sloan High School. He received his Bachelors degree from Canisius and Masters degree from the University of Buffalo. Fred worked as a Science Teacher for the Hamburg Central Schools.

He enjoyed doing experiments and building bridges. Survivors include his wife Carol (Wasielewski) Keller of Arkwright, two daughters Lisa (Edward Cleary) Keller, of Arkwright, Amy Keller, of Sweet Briar, VA, a sister Laurie Pawlowski, and two sons Nick Vallas, Takahiro Hlrose. Also surviving are three grandchildren; Winter and Laurel Molloy, and Donny Wise. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his best friend Bobby Szwed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The family suggests memorials may be made to Forestville Fire Department, Inc., PO Box 299, Forestville, NY 14062.
