John P. Green, 68, of Fredonia, passed away peacefully following a courageous battle with cancer Tuesday evening, June 17, 2025 with his loving family by his side. Born in Dunkirk on January 19, 1957, husband of Elizabeth (Sevola) Green, and son of the late Ernest and Marilyn (Patton) Green. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend Calling Hours on Friday, June 20, 2025 from 4-7 p.m. at McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home; 736 Central Ave., Dunkirk, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church; 1032 Central Ave., Dunkirk, NY. Interment will be held in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
