Blaine Lay of the Cattaraugus Seneca Territory died July 3, 2025 at the age of 57 years.

Loving father of Tiffany Wilson, Tyler and Jessica Lay. Grandfather of Isabella, Alyssah, Vic, Christopher Jr., Jayden, Lakai, Xaven, Jessika and the late Ellise. Cherished companion of Cheri Ninham.

Son of the late Edward Lay Sr. and Madeline (Steeprock) Lay. Brother of Veronica, Mary (Bill), Juanita (late Dana), Michael Sr. (late Jannette), Julie (Syd) John and the late Greg, Blake, Edward Lay Jr. and Carlton John. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Monday July 7 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the Wentland Funeral Home 10634 Main St. (Rt. 62) North Collins, NY where funeral services will be held Tuesday July 8 at 11 AM.
