Douglas M. Noni, 74, of Jamestown, passed away Friday evening, July 18, 2025 at the Chautauqua Nursing and Rehab Center in Dunkirk. Born in Jamestown on September 6, 1950, son of the late Gust and Ordella (Pifer) Noni. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the R.
