Shirley A. (Roche) Zebracki, 89, of Fredonia, passed away Friday evening, July 4, 2025 at the Chautauqua Nursing and Rehab Center in Dunkirk. Born in Kane, PA, wife of the late Carl Zebracki and daughter of the late Raymond and Florence (Swanson) Roche.
