Tobie L. (Carlson) Buchanan, 67, of Cassadaga, passed away Wednesday morning, Sept. 10, 2025 at home with her loving daughters by her side. Born in Jamestown, NY on June 20, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Spurgeon and Patricia A. (Conaway) Carlson.
