Pamela B. Cooper, 68, of Wilmington, North Carolina, formerly of Dunkirk, passed away Friday, Oct.10, 2025 at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina, with her loving family by her side. Born in Dunkirk on Aug. 18, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Samuel L. and Thelma Cooper. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend Calling Hours on Friday, Oct. 24, 2025 from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. at McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home; 736 Central Ave., Dunkirk, NY. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025 at 1 p.m. at the Friendship Baptist Church; 18 E. Second St., Dunkirk, NY. Interment will be held in Wilowbrook Park Cemetery.
