Duane G. Christy

Born Nov. 3, 1946 in Dunkirk the son of the late Gilbert and Mildred Ball Christy.

He was a 1965 graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School.

Duane was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1966-1968.

He had been employed at Jamestown Plywood from 1968-1977, Jacobson, Weakley and Olson, Jamestown from 1977-1989 and Carriage House, Fredonia from 1989 until his retirement in 2013.

He is the brother of Grace Christy, Town of Charlotte and also survived by cousins.

Visitation Wednesday 3-6 pm in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 am. Burial in Burnham Hollow Cemetery.
