Monica June (Lillie) Paquin, 43, of Mayville, formerly of Forestville, died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025 at St. Vincent Health Center, Erie, PA. She was born in Dunkirk on May 25, 1982, daughter of Thomas Lille and the late Judith (Nietupski) Lillie.
Monica was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 2000 and a graduate of Jamestown Community College. She worked for the former Berry Bush in Forestville and then as a Receptionist for the former Petri Baking Products in Silver Creek, with her mother at both places.
Monica loved to paint and take pictures. She was a huge Bills fan, with her favorite players being Josh Allen and Dion Dawkins. She was a sweet, caring person with a heart of gold. Monica had a contagious smile and loved her husband & son with all her heart.
Surviving besides her father, are her loving husband of 17 years, Aaron Paquin of Mayville, whom she married on August 9, 2008, at the Clarion Hotel in Dunkirk, and a son, Evan Paquin of Mayville. Also surviving are her very close friend, Amy Miceli of Frewsburg, many aunts, uncles and cousins. Besides her mother, she was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, John & Rose (Menican) Nietupski, and maternal grandparents, Lester & Erna (Bartow) Lillie.
There will be no services observed at this time. The family suggests memorials may be made to Saint Vincent Hospital – Alleghany Health Network: Erie, 232 West 25th Street, Erie, PA 16544.
