Elliott R. Masman

Elliott R. Masman, 85, of Sheridan, passed away Dec.27, 2025. He was born on Dec. 26, 1940. He was preceded in death by his parents, The Rev. Henry J. Masman and The Rev. Eloise A. Masman; his son, Timothy Todd Masman, his second wife, Mary “Jane” Masman, and his beloved dogs, Cookie, Raina, and Shay. He graduated from Brockway High School in Brockway, PA, and West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, WV. He retired from Combined Life insurance and was a resolute life member of the Sheridan Volunteer Fire Department. He is survived by his sister, Patricia M. Zabel, his children and his nephews and nieces.”Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: For you are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me”- Psalm 23:4 Even in the end he remembered Psalm 23.
