Jorge Davila Jr.
Jorge Davila Jr.
Jorge Davila Jr., age 37, was taken from us too soon, leaving behind a deep sense of loss and a lifetime of cherished memories.
Born and raised in Dunkirk, he attended Dunkirk public schools and, during high school, studied auto mechanics through BOCES. He later lived in New York City for five years, where he worked in the restaurant industry as a waiter in the busy Manhattan Theater District.
Jorgie will be remembered for his beautiful smile and his funny laugh. He was a hardworking man with a generous and kind heart, always willing to help others. Respectful and honest, he was loved by many for his friendly disposition and genuine spirit.
He dedicated 9 years of service to Wells Enterprises, where he was known for his dependability and strong work ethic. Outside of work, he had a deep love for cars, a passion that brought him joy.
Above all, Jorgie was a devoted and loving father to his two children, who were the greatest joy of his life.
He is survived by his parents, Jorge Davila & Brenda Davila, two sisters, Vanessa Davila & Franchesca Davila, and his two beloved children, Joniel Davila & Janieris Davila, along with extended family and many friends who will continue to carry his memory in their hearts.
Jorge A. Davila Jr. (“Jorgie”) will be forever loved, remembered, and missed; may he rest in peace.
Funeral services were held in private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by R. Michael Mackowiak III; McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home, 736 Central Ave., Dunkirk, NY.
