Terry L. Kester, 72 passed away peacefully on Dec. 27, 2025, in Chesapeake, Virginia. Terry was born on Nov. 28, 1953, in Westfield, New York. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlene and Arthur Kester, and his brother, David Allen Kester. He is survived by his loving sister, Kathie Libraro, and her husband, Tom Mero, and nephews, Dustin Kester and his wife Joy, Justin Maret, Aaron Maret, Lucas Libraro, and Nicholas Libraro.
