Barbara E. (Kopliner) Peck, 82, of Dunkirk, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026. Born in Dunkirk on Nov. 19, 1943, she was the wife of the late Stephen Peck and daughter of Clemens and Rose (Negro) Kopliner.
