Erin C. Quattrone
Erin Cathleen (Cave) Quattrone, 47, of Westfield, died at Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie, PA, on Feb. 2, 2026, following a lengthy illness.
She was born on Feb. 13, 1978, to parents Ella (late William) Gaffney and the late Michael P. Cave.
Erin graduated from Brocton Central School, earned her bachelor’s degree at the University at Buffalo, and an MBA from Alfred University. She was raised in St. Patrick’s Parish in Brocton.
She operated the family business, The Care Center RX & Medical Supply. She then went on to work for Parkview Health Services as an account executive before retiring in 2022 due to health conditions.
She was a fierce and relentless advocate for children in the special education system.
She organized and started several events for the local MS Society, a support group for parents living with autism, and AutismSpeaks.org.
Besides her mother, Erin is survived by her beloved sons, Reece Jackson (father Tim) Quattrone and Lyric James (father Chris) Moore; and a brother, Eric James (late Brenda) Cave. step-sisters, Gail Gaffney Caulder, Dawn Gaffney; step-brothers, Brian Gaffney (Tina), Scott Gaffney (Michele). Her support animal, her cat, Gaffney; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Erin was predeceased by her father, Michael; stepfather, Grandpa Bill Gaffney, step-brother, Timmy; maternal and paternal grandparents.
A memorial service will be held on March 17th. (location and time to follow) In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Autism Society of WNY or the National MS Society.
