James C. Giebner
James C. Giebner, Sr., 80, of Dunkirk, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, Feb. 24, 2026 at Brooks Memorial Hospital with his loving children by his side. Born in Dunkirk on April 8, 1945, he was the husband of the late Sandra J. (Gillespie) Giebner and son of the late Donald and Winifred (Tilley) Giebner.
Funeral services will be held in private at the convenience of the family.
