Thomas F. Fetter, 69, of Cassadaga, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026 at Buffalo General Hospital. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend Calling Hours on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home; 736 Central Ave., Dunkirk, NY. Prayer services will begin at Noon.
Interment will be held in Cassadaga Cemetery.
