Mary S. Gehling

She was born in Dunkirk, NY Dec. 14, 1946 to her late parents, Kenneth and Viviann (Reese) Thies.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Gehling.

She is survived by her children, Richard Gehling Jr., Sharon (Chad) Halas, and Vera M. Joy, her grandchildren: Robert (Ashley) Halas Jr., Jennifer (Luis) Fox, Ashley E. Halas, Mathew (Amanda) Fox, Kathryn Halas and Riley Halas, her great- grandchildren: Madison Shear, Nataleigh Fox, Mackenzie Shear, Peter Halas and Bennett Fox.

Mary was a cook at Fredonia State College and loved to come home and cook for her family.

She was a life member of the Fredonia Beaver Club and enjoyed going to casino’s and watching her Hallmark Movies.

Per Mary’s request there will be no funeral or memorial services held.
