Randy D. Noel

Randy Dean Noel, 66 was promoted from this earth on March 10, 2026, Mr. Noel was born on March 5, 1960, to Dean and Esther (Delcamp) Noel at Westfield Memorial Hospital in Westfield, NY. He graduated from Brocton Central School and later received his Business Administration/Accounting Degree in 1980 from Jamestown Business College.

Mr. Noel was a man who enjoyed people and being involved in his community. At the young age of 12 and with a passion for music, he served as organist and pianist for the First Portland Baptist Church in Brocton, NY for many years. A talented man on the keyboards with only three years of training, Randy was instrumental in his school music programs during middle school and high school which included playing for the school choirs and musicals. His talents became widely known and he played for many weddings, dinner receptions, funerals and many social events throughout the Brocton, Fredonia and Dunkirk areas of New York. He also accompanied many religious youth group fellowships in the western part of NY. He competed in the New York All-State Choral competition vocally and also accompanied many of his peers during their performances. He also played percussion for his junior and senior high bands, and marching band.

Mr. Noel was united in marriage to his life-long soul mate and wife, Gail Robin (Hunt) Noel on June 2, 1984, at St. John’s Church of Christ in Dunkirk, NY by Rev. Bruce Buchanan. In August of 1985, he and his bride moved to Central Florida seeking opportunities and a warmer climate. They purchased their first newly built home in St. Cloud, Florida in May of 1986 and later sold and built another home in 1999 in the same city.

After moving to Florida, he continued to serve his community in various positions and associations such as: Founding Board Member of the Kissimmee Bay Rotary, Board Member for the Downtown Area Council for the City of Kissimmee, Co-chairman of the United Way Magic Division, a former member of the Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce, a Deacon at First Christian Church of St. Cloud, Volunteer Choral Director and Organist at First Christian Church of St. Cloud, Board Member and Treasurer for the St. Cloud Christian School, Strategic Steering Committee Chairman for First Christian Church, St. Cloud, a member of the National Association of Realtors, a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, a member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors, a recipient of the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation, a faithful supporter and contributor of the Children’s Miracle Network, Supporter of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and a Notary Public in the state of Florida.

Randy had various careers throughout his lifetime. He began working at a young age in the grape vineyards of Western NY and provided lawn care for various properties along the Lake Erie shore near his home. At the age of sixteen, he began working at McDonald’s of Fredonia, NY in 1976 and was quickly promoted into management. After graduating from college in 1980, he accepted a Management position with Ponderosa Steakhouse also located in Fredonia, NY. Upon relocating to Florida in 1985, Mr. Noel was employed as General Manager at the Residence Inn All Suite Hotel in Kissimmee, Florida; as Branch Manager in Kissimmee, Florida and later District Operations Manager for Kelly Services in Orlando; as Director of Community Relations for the Osceola Council of Aging for Osceola County; as Administrator for St. Cloud Christian School, and finally self-employed as a successful Realtor, initially with Florida Pines Realty, later with RE/MAX International and ultimately, The Real Estate Team. He received many awards for his successes during his careers, some of which include Branch Manager of the Year with Kelly Services in 1989, the Executive Award, the President’s Award and the 100 Club Award with RE/MAX as a multi-million-dollar producer in the real estate arena.

A true love for travel and adventure, Mr. Noel has traveled throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, and the Western Caribbean. Some of his fondest memories were the many annual vacations taken as a child with his parents and sister as they RV’ed throughout the USA. His passion of enjoying the beauty of the world continued with his wife and children on family vacations and cruises and possessed forever a dream for the next opportunity to go someplace new and exciting. He was happiest when with his family of whom he loved and cherished deeply.

Mr. Noel is survived by his loving wife, Gail of 42 years, son, Bryan Noel (Heather); daughter, Shelley Noel, (William), and his sister, LuAnn (Noel) Lesniak and her husband, Ronald, niece Julie Lesniak, nephew, Mark Lesniak, and great-nephew, Christoper Lesniak He is predeceased by his parents, Dean and Esther (Delcamp) Noel, Paternal Grandparents, Clyde and Edna (Caldwell) Noel, and Maternal Grandparents, the late Bert (Sr) and Mildred (Schrader) Delcamp.

Visitation Saturday, March 14th 2-6 pm at

Osceola Memory Gardens 2000 13th St. St Cloud, Florida 34769. A second visitation will take place Saturday, March 21st 10-12 noon at the First Portland Baptist Church in Brocton, NY a service will follow at 12 noon.
