Robert P. Bykowski

Born July 13, 1943, in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of the late Florence and Matthew J. Bykowski.

Robert honorably served in the United States Army. He went on to establish a distinguished career as a manager and engineer with the Simplex Time Recorder Company, and later as a successful business owner and entrepreneur. He additionally served as a Lieutenant with the Erie County Sheriff’s Department Scientific Staff, earning respect for his professionalism and expertise.

He was predeceased by his wife, Sharon C. Bykowski; his siblings, Geraldine Letersky and Paul Bykowski; and his parents.

He is survived by his son, Matthew R. Bykowski (Josh) of Arlington, VT; his brother, Karl (Linda) Bykowski; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

Robert will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his service to his country and community, and the many volunteer contributions he made throughout his life.
