Alfred Louis Wheeler of the Heron Clan, Cayuga Nation, June 26, 2026 at the age of 85 years old. Beloved son to the late Milton Sr. and Bertha Doxtator and stepson to the late Rose Crouse.
He was a Veteran of the US Army. After the Service, he was an Ironworker for many years. Loving father to Rosie, Janice and Julia (Joe). Best papa ever to Brittany, Louis, Evelyn, Ethan, Logan Cheyenne and Kaleb.
Predeceased by Elmer, Alfreda and Milton Jr.; survived by his brothers, Sonny and Leonard, and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside ceremony will be held at the United Missions Cemetery on the Cattaraugus Seneca Territory, August 22, 2026 at 11 AM. Celebration of Life to follow at the Iroquois Post 1587. Arrangements by Wentland Funeral Home, North Collins, NY.
