Joel Pacheco Gonzale, Of Dunkirk, NY, died Monday, September 14, 2026, at Rochester General Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Ponce, PR, September 5, 1978 to the late Rufino Pacheco and Ivelis Gonzale, he was 48. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Echevarris Velasque, sisters and several nieces and nephews. At the request of the family, burial will be held privately in his hometown. Arrangements have been lovingly made by the FANTAUZZI FUNERAL HOME, 82 E Main St, Fredonia, NY.
