Jean Parisio, 96, of Silver Creek, NY passed away peacefully on Saturday morning October 24, 2026 at her home with her family at her side.
She was born in Erie, Pa, the daughter of the late Miles and Laura Johnson. She married Frederick Parisio on June 16, 1950 he preceded her in death on April 29, 2005 after 54 years of marriage.
Surviving are a son, James (Victoria) Parisio of Forestville, NY and a daughter, Catherine Parisio of Dunkirk, NY; six cherished grandchildren, Joseph (Jackie) Parisio, Janet (Duane) Lyndsley, Mark Jr., Jeffery, Scott (Katelyn) and Robert Parisio; five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Parisio; a grandson, James Parisio and six siblings, Blane, Sherman, Virginia and Louise Johnson, Ruby Kellog and an infant baby, Fralene Johnson.
At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing. A private graveside service was held at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Silver Creek.
