There’s reasons to not by ID argument

What is identification? It is an act of identifying — a means of identifying any individual.

This term is used in our everyday life for various reasons such as applying for a driver’s license, for a passport, for bank business, for purchasing a car, for applying for a mortgage to purchase a home. It even comes in handy for purchasing alcoholic beverages, for entrance into the military and also on the battlefield in case a person is injured or worse.

Identification starts with a birth of a new baby. It also is used for the purpose of voting during elections, for the purchase of airline tickets, for application for employment, a doctor’s visit, a personal loan or purchasing prescriptions at the drug store.

In the big picture, it’s used on an everyday basis to identify yourself at all times for almost anything in life.

But it seems that the Democrats in Washington contest the ID at voting during the elections in this country. My question is: why would the Democrats not want identification when voting?

How can any vote be legal when no one knows who is voting, especially if they are illegal aliens or felons in jail, or using dead people’s names? All this could be avoided if IDs are used by identifying those who are applying to vote. This is just good common sense. So why are the Democrats not using that common sense in the case of voting?

This in itself does not make sense. If all of the above need identifying for all the above reasons, then why not for the voting purposes? What is the main reason why the Democrats don’t want identification during voting? I can think of a few and I am sure the readers can also.
