Flowery Biden piece overlooks the weeds

A recent commentary in the OBSERVER was headlined “Biden economy happens to be glorious” and written by Froma Harrop, who is part of the CNN News Network.

In her article, she notes the Biden administration has accomplished so much for this country and gives detailed specifics on those accomplishments.

The biggest driver of inflation, she states, as oil prices could very well be headed down.

The single reason is rising oil production. Helping matters was Biden’s plan to release 50 million barrels of oil from the U.S. strategic reserves. The only problem that I see in this problem is that we wouldn’t have any oil problems if Biden didn’t stop the keystone pipeline that affected thousands of workers who lost good-paying jobs the first month Biden was in office.

Stopping oil production in the United States was a bad decision. So how can the writer actually in good faith write such remarks about the accomplishments of this administration?

This is only one part of this disastrous decision-making by this administration. How about the open wide borders that seem to be forgotten by the writer and the illegals flooding this country with no medical checks or COVID tests? They disappear all over this country, flown to all parts of this country, paid for by you, the taxpayers.

So where do we stand as a country with the major problems that have just occured by this administration, and that’s just a few of those problems?

I think we as citizens of this country know what is going on here. We don’t need a biased account from a CNN news reporter to fill us with propaganda.
