The less-radical Democrats (there are still some) are getting nervous because they cannot hide the take-over of the Democrat Party by the radical Marxists (communists) who are calling the shots now.

The take-over of the Democrat Party by Marxists has been in the works since Chicago 1968 and has come to fruition through the relentless efforts of people dedicated to Totalitarian rule over the masses while we slept.

All socialism requires elimination of private property and takeover of the means of production and distribution by the Government (their words, not ours). It does not matter if the socialists call themselves Democratic or Communist. Socialism is socialism, and communism is merely Karl Marx’s organizing principle for it.

Because socialism requires the elimination of all private property, socialism and individual freedom (choice) cannot exist simultaneously. Socialism must negate freedom in order to exist.

In a previous article we discussed the ludicrous utopian economic platform put forth by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), which is a recipe for massive inflation and economic shortages. No socialist country has ever avoided that reality, but the DSA and its supporters seem oblivious to history.

First, let’s dispel a whopper myth pushed by the DSA to lull you into submission. They claim the Scandinavian countries (Ex: Sweden) employ “Democratic Socialism”. But they never actually implemented socialism. They did, however, create a massive, self-destructive welfare state that impoverished the very people it was supposed to benefit. Unemployment, drugs, out-of-wedlock births, crime, etc. were the rule. Just like the US welfare state. History is our witness.

The Swedish welfare state was not as destructive as outright socialism would have been, but it still failed miserably. The Swedish result was so bad that they dismantled their welfare state in the 1990s and are currently more “free market” than the US in many ways. (Ref: Economist Johann Norberg: Sweden-Lessons for America).

Before falling for the utopian “Democratic Socialism” narrative, we should remember that nearly all communist governments started out as “Democratic Socialism” or “Social Democracy” — a distinction without a practical difference.

Whether socialists use the Fabian approach to sneak in the back door, or use violent revolution (Leninism) to eliminate opposition, the result is always the same: Totalitarian rule and the death of Natural Rights. The DSA uses its bogus utopian claims to get the communist camel’s nose inside the tent.

Bottom line: If you want socialism, you must surrender your economic freedom and private property. Every socialist experiment in history has left the masses in poverty. No exceptions exist. Even China had to allow free markets after starving 65 million to death under socialism. They were rescued by Milton Friedman.

It is no wonder that Democrat apologists claim the DSA is neither Communist nor Marxist. But this claim contradicts the DSA leadership itself, so we wonder if the DSA’s followers actually know anything about what they support.

So, who are the people in charge of the DSA, and what are their objectives?

First consider the DSA’s plan to eliminate the Senate and the Presidency, and replace them with an all-powerful central committee selected by the unicameral Socialist-only legislature. Of course, this is actually anti-Democratic and requires eliminating the US Constitution.

This sounds exactly like the organization of any Communist system in history. Like the USSR, for example.

The implied goal of the DSA is to eliminate America’s “Natural Rights” (granted by the Declaration and protected by the Bill of Rights) in order to give the Government 100% control over the people. That’s pure Communism.

But do not take our word. Look at what the DSA says about itself.

The DSA’s National Political Council is dominated by self-described Marxists. For example, Megan Romer chairs the dominant “Red Star (Communist) Caucus” of the DSA, which openly advocates elimination of private property and free markets in the USA (per Communist Manifesto). Romer is openly a fan of Lenin, Mao, and Che Guevara – history’s greatest mass murderers. This reveals her “values”, or lack thereof.

Those traditional Democrats still in denial can witness the openly communist policies of the DSA on the Red Star Caucus website (“Points of Unity”). Here, in their own words, are their objectives:

“Our primary goal…is to abolish capitalism and, ultimately, to achieve communism”.

“We do not believe that capitalism [free markets] can be reformed into socialism – it must be overthrown and replaced.”

“As Marxists, we maintain a firm anti-US line in every facet of our organizing. Red Star strives to weaken and ultimately dismantle the US.”

What other evidence do you need?

Hence, you cannot support the DSA platform (which runs the Democrat Party) and also claim to support our Constitution. They are contradictory.

But we invite the apologists to explain how the Democrat Party isn’t really the party of Marx now that it has been taken over by the Communist controlled DSA.
