City grateful, moving in right direction
Editor, OBSERVER:
Over this past year we have seen many reasons to be thankful here in the city of Dunkirk. Whether it is the warmer temperatures that have stayed a little longer, or the promise of new development coming into our area, 2017 has moved us closer to once again becoming the prosperous city in which to raise our children, work and live.
