Praising a village solution

Editor, OBSERVER:

I am thrilled to have Eagle Street available to village residents for yard waste. There was a problem for many what to do while the board and mayor haggled over the issue

The problem was solved with a legal opinion from our village attorney. Amen! Move on, there are more solutions to problems to be found for our village.

There’s more to the name

Editor, OBSERVER:

A recent press release from a Buffalo-located insurance agency completely misstated the actual occurrence of events surrounding our late father, David Glenn’s, business. The business was sold by a trust fund established after his death and was not handled in any way by “Margaret Glenn and family” as the release attempting to capture events that happened 14 years ago mentioned.

The fact of the matter is that our family is now involved in the operation and ownership of a completely different agency, Hometown Insurance. We are not associated in any way, shape or form with the operation of any other agency nor care to be.

We are very proud of the service and products offered by Hometown and the great growth and success that the agency has experienced under the guidance of Ron and Susan (Glenn) Hall.
