Editor, OBSERVER:

Maybe it’s time to take a look at the U.N. to determine if it serves any purpose. Adjust its charter to make it simply a provider of humanitarian aid across the globe. Next, kick out the evil empires like Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran who do nothing but veto and obstruct the rest of the nations trying to provide relief to those countries desperate for assistance.

Today we have Vladimir Putin, a bad-to-the-bone dictator, calling the shots in his attack on Ukraine, while the rest of the world shivers and permits it to continue. Forget about NATO regulations, no-fly zones and all the politically correct narratives. It’s amazing to me that we even consider diplomacy/negotiations with this erratic, unstable ruler who condones attacks on women, children and hospitals.

It’s time to assemble a coalition willing to take the harsh but necessary steps to stop this madness now, and unleash hell on Putin and his Russian thugs.

A long time ago an Irish statesman, Edmund Burke, said “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” Well, that’s what we’re doing now — nothing. It is my hope that we have enough good men (and women) across the globe with the guts and courage to stand up to this madman, eventually capture him, bring him to court at the Hague for his war crimes, and give him a fair trial.

Then, when he is found guilty, deliver the swift, severe and certain punishment he deserves – death by hanging, within 30 days, no appeal.
