A movie made in Dunkirk in September by two local residents will premier on Dunkirk’s local cable access Channel 12. Entitled “Stalemate,” the movie was written and produced by Justin Skubis and Chuck Reed. The film is based on their play, “A Different Person,” which was staged in May at Dunkirk High School. The plot centers around twin brothers separated at birth. The movie was shot at various locations in the Dunkirk area, including the Sheraton Harborfront Inn and along Central Avenue. The soundtrack was performed by the local band “Asylum.”
