The third and final step of building renovation has begun at the Dunkirk-Fredonia Plaza, 1170 Central Ave. Workmen have removed the row of signs above the storefronts and have erected support for a new facade which will cover the existing canopy. Drainage will be improved with the new facade which will be pitched to let water run off into the front parking lot. Some new signs will be attached to the facade across the 24 storefronts. The project, which included repaving of the main parking lot and repair to roofs, has a price tag of $250,000.
