The newest, and arguably most unique senior facility in Chautauqua County opened recently with ringing success as more than 300 people attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony and luncheon at the Share and Care Senior Citizen Center in Fredonia. Located in the former Eagle Street School, the center is open to all Chautauqua County residents 55 and over. The town and village joint Office for the Aging has already moved into the facility and will provide programs, along with county projects, which used to be held in several different facilities in the village.
