SUNDAY SHOUTOUT: Salute to those on front lines
Being a health-care professional is far from easy today. The demands have never been greater — and likely at this time more than we ever expected it to be in our state and nation.
Their work and dedication are exemplary.
None of these individuals can rest easy. They are around the virus every day — and putting their own health and lives on the line.
There are major concerns every day. Supplies are always in question. Shifts can require long hours.
Yet they carry on.
But they are not alone. Those working at grocery stores, convenience stores, truck and delivery drivers as well as those in restaurants are providing major services as well.
Give them your appreciation each and every day. And keep them — and everyone else — in your prayers.
