Softball umpires rules classes to begin Jan. 9

The Chautauqua County Softball Umpires Association has announced the formation of a rules instruction class for anyone interested in umpiring high school softball games. Classes will be held at Cassadaga Valley Central School from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesdays beginning Jan. 9 for a period of six weeks.
