NCCS ‘Putt-ing Children First’ Tourney May 31

Northern Chautauqua Catholic School in Dunkirk is excited to announce its third annual “Putt-ing Children First” golf tournament will take place Friday, May 31 at Tri-County Country Club in Forestville. Registration opens at noon for the four person scramble, with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.

A catered lunch prior to tee-off will be included with the golf package. Dinner and live musical entertainment by “Pedro and the Smooth Cats,” which includes NCCS graduate Carmen Cita and NCCS English teacher Pete Howard, will follow the tournament. Refreshments will be available throughout the day and a cash bar will also be open into the afternoon and evening.

Area residents can help support Chautauqua County’s only remaining Catholic school by golfing or providing sponsorship. Tournament sponsoring is a great opportunity to promote a business and may be done in a number of ways. Participation and sponsorships will help raise the necessary funds to keep NCCS financially strong moving forward. 100 percent of the proceeds from “Putt-ing Children First” go directly to NCCS.

For further information about participation or sponsorship, email Jennifer Askar at k2neuf@gmail.com or call Northern Chautauqua Catholic School at 366-0630.
