Grindhouse Fitness and MMA held its Grand Opening on Saturday, opening its doors and introducing the village of Silver Creek to the community’s newest business. Grindhouse, located in the former PennySaver building on the corner of Main Street and Central Avenue, offers a wide array of free weights and Nautilus machines while also serving the community as a full-fledged martial arts studio. On top of its offerings as a traditional gym, Grindhouse offers kickboxing, boxing, fitness and MMA classes for interested participants that range from children to adults. Owner Alan Hoelzle encourages anyone interested to stop in and take a tour, ask questions and sign up for any of the gym’s various offerings.
