The Maple Grove golf team defeated Cassadaga 35-20, Forestville/Pine Valley 28-27 and Silver Creek 36-19.

Maple Grove has an undefeated record of 7-0. Cassadaga (0-8, 0-6), Forestville/Pine Valley (6-1, 3-1) and Silver Creek (3-4, 2-2).

The medalist was Lewis Markham (39) of Forestville/Pine Valley.

Maple Grove’s top five consisted of: Ben Lockwood (45), Nick Brown (44), A.J. Putt (47), Drew Kelemen (51) and Michael Derby (47)

For Cassadaga Valley, Titus Miller (42), Garrett Catanese (64), Norman Barker (66), Jacob Elder (66) and Tyler Pacos (60) rounded out their top five players.

Brock Rickets (42), Phillip Narraway (47), Troy Torsell (57) and Hector West (61) were the top players for Forestville/Pine Valley.

Silver Creek’s top five were Zach Rybak (49), Chris Pagano (55), Connor Daniels (46), Andrew Hill (58), Kenny Pisa (55)

The team scores are as follows: Forestville/Pine Valley beat Cassadaga 35.5-19.5, Silver Creek defeated Cassadaga 35-20 and Forestville/Pine Valley beat Silver Creek 30-25.

CHAUTAUQUA — The Sherman Wildcats, Frewsburg Bears and Chautauqua Lake/Westfield golf team competed at Chautauqua Golf Club’s Par 35 course on Wednesday.

Chautauqua Lake/Westfield’s Kole Maytum earned Medalist honors with a 3-over par 38 to lead his team to victories over Sherman (37-17) and Frewsburg 37-18) while Frewsburg picked up a 28.5 to 25.5 win over Sherman.

Also scoring points for Chautauqua Lake/Westfield was Joey Parker with a 46, followed by Justin Wieme (49), Derek Martin (51) and Darien Swanson (46).

Sherman was led by Dylan Wagner’s 46. Other scorers were Kyle Carpenter (61), Chance Meeded (57) and Heath Reed (52).

Frewsburg’s top golfer was Nick Mole, who carded a 46. Dylan Green and Hayden Edwards each recorded 55s while Eric Sadowski finished with a 58 and Evan Norton a 63.
