In her final season at Fredonia, Cybart’s efforts from the circle have been rewarded as she received the Pitcher of the Year award for CCAA West I softball for the 2017 season.

Fredonia’s Hannah Cybart has been named the 2017 Pitcher of the Year in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association West I softball.

Sydney Burk of the Southwestern Lady Trojans has been named Player of the Year while Dunkirk Lady Marauders’ coach, Michelle Poweski, was honored as Coach of the Year.

The Fredonia Lady Hillbillies took home the Team Sportsmanship award.

Hannah Cybart is joined on the First Team by her fellow teammates: Caitlyn Cybart, Mekenna Leid and Cassie Essek.

Dunkirk’s First-Team representatives are Emilee Hanlon and Monica Pokoj.

Silver Creek’s Julia Hill has also been selected to the First Team along with Chautauqua Lake’s Olivia Anderson and Chadelynn Johnson, Southwestern’s Burk and Erin Radack, Maple Grove’s Mary Nickerson and Falconer’s Rachel Baglia.

Fredonia’s Kazlin Beers and Sydney Bigelow each received Second-Team honors. Dunkirk’s Alexis Ruiz and Kymi Nance join Silver Creek’s Ivee Pagels and Tessa Douglas on the Second Team.

Chautauqua Lake’s Katelyn Fardink, Cianna Braymiller and Cameryn Hawkins, Southwestern’s Alanna Dibble and Katie Brinkley along with Maple Grove’s Elise Swanson and Lynne Nordin complete the Second-Team roster.
